About the Role
Mediusware is looking for a Business Research & Data Analyst who can turn research and data into better business decisions.
AI can generate hundreds of content ideas and thousands of potential prospects. But which content should we publish? Which prospects should Sales target? Which strategy should we scale?
We want someone who can answer these questions with data, research, and experimentation—not assumptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research markets, competitors, industries, companies, and customer segments.
- Analyze Sales, Marketing, website, campaign, and business data.
- Research and identify high-potential prospects and ICP signals.
- Discover patterns, trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Build hypotheses and conduct A/B tests/experiments.
- Analyze what worked, what didn't, and why.
- Turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Create dashboards/reports when needed to support decisions.
Skills We're Looking For
- Strong research and analytical thinking
- Excel / Google Sheets
- SQL and basic statistics
- Power BI / Looker Studio
- GA4 / Search Console knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation
- Ability to use AI tools for research and data analysis
- Strong business curiosity and problem-solving ability
- Good English communication and presentation skills
Python is a plus, not mandatory.
